About the Role:

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer HPLC/UPLC to join our Technical Field Services (TFS) division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical solutions and advanced instrument support services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform instrument preventive maintenance, installation, repair, and performance testing
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot application software
  • Provide on-site and remote customer support
  • Deliver technical training on analytical systems
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • BS degree in chemistry or related science
  • Equipment service experience, highly preferred
  • Experience working with chromatography systems (HPLC, UHPLC, LCMS, GC, GCMS, IC)
  • LC/MS or LC/MS/MS experience, preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to travel up to 25 percent
