Millwright Technician

Blue Triangle Hardwoods in Everett, PA is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment and machinery.

• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for repair or transportation
• Build foundations for machines and construct equipment
• Review and interpret engineering specifications, schematics, and blueprints
• Transfer equipment to the applicable site for maintenance
• Grind and file machinery parts
• Fabricate buildings and hardwood drying equipment, including servicing and replacing dry lines, kilns, etc.
• Work with a range of hand tools, including measuring tools, welding, and metal fabrication equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures

• GED/High School Degree preferred and an accredited Millwright certificate preferred
• Minimum of at least 10 years of experience as a Millwright or similar job
• Experience with Cleereman, PHL, and other hardwood specialty equipment manufacturers preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently
