About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Control Consultant to join our dedicated team in Denver, CO or Aurora, CO. This position may be work from home, but requires the majority of each workday at various customer locations.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our client's Risk Management and Health & Safety teams to identify, quantify, and reduce/eliminate safety hazards. They will provide comprehensive and highly-sophisticated risk control consultative services, conducting on-site evaluations, evaluating data, and creating/implementing service plans to control customers' source of risk, losses, and costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients' management and employees to provide risk control consultative services.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations and create/implement service plans to control customers' source of risk, losses, and costs.
  • Provide risk assessment services and information to track progress and demonstrate the value of doing business with Liberty Mutual.
  • Occasional early morning/late evening appointments and overnight travel to various locations may be required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with coursework in math, engineering, or related areas (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of directly related consulting experience in loss prevention or progressive safety/health field.
  • Candidates are typically working toward (or obtained) an advanced degree and/or professional certification in one or more of the following areas: CSP, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CIH, or CPE.
  • Advanced knowledge, skills, and experience in a specialized field, service planning and delivery, risk assessment, risk analysis, solutions management, and progress measurement.
  • Fully effective interpersonal, writing, and other communication skills required to develop and maintain relationships with customers, peers, and industry contacts.
Estimated Salary Range:

$85900 - $140000 per year.
