Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Integrated Supply Site Manager to oversee operations at a client location. This role is pivotal in driving program expansion and managing daily activities of a team to foster strong and profitable relationships with customers, aligning with Vallen's financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onsite team to deliver Integrated Supply solutions, including staff management tasks such as hiring, coaching, and enforcing company policies.
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for local integrated supply operations.
  • Ensure fulfillment of contractual commitments, including cost savings and performance metrics.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of urgency in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement for the local site, ensuring budgetary goals are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual payment terms from local integrated supply customers.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Finance) with 8+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in staff management with a proven leadership track record.
  • Strong skills in developing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify manufacturing applications for cost-saving solutions.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and experience managing P&L statements.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and capable of learning company-specific software.
