Medical Team Leader for Acute Care

We are seeking an experienced Medical Team Leader to join our team at Atrium Health Charlotte. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive estimated salary of $120,000 per year.
About the RoleThis position will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care on our 31-bed Medical Surgical unit. As a seasoned medical professional, you will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of medical professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and services
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance clinical practice and service delivery
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices and technologies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in nursing or a related field
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership position
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and services
