Pastry Artisan

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Artisan to join our team at ShopRite of Berlin. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging high-quality pastries and baked goods.

• Pack out product into display cases ensuring visual appeal and customer satisfaction
• Rotate product to maintain freshness and meet customer demand
• E nsure accurate signage is in place for the department

1. Prepare trays to meet Company standards and customer expectations
2. Perform all duties in accordance with Local, State, and Federal regulations as they pertain to the Bakery operation

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
