To be eligible for this position, you must hold a valid/active Registered Nurse license and have successfully completed an accredited nursing program, resulting in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Diploma Nursing Program. • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and maintaining accurate documentation of patient responses.
  • Monitoring and assessing patients' physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients, ensuring their holistic needs are met.
  • Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques to promote wellness and prevent complications.
  • Ensuring adherence to infection control protocols, maintaining a clean and safe patient care environment.
  • Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address emergent situations and provide timely interventions.
  • Participating in ongoing educational opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills, staying current with evidence-based practices and healthcare trends.
  • Upholding professional standards, ethical principles, and confidentiality in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Fostering a positive and empathetic atmosphere for patients, supporting them through their healthcare journey.
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills to effectively convey information to patients, families, and colleagues.
