Nurse Care Specialist

Job Overview
- Perform clinical care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice with critical thinking.
- Coordinate safe patient care with diverse communication methods and complete timely documentation.
- Collaborate on protocol development for best practice outcomes and support efficient resource use.
Essential Responsibilities
- Exemplify excellent practice and outcomes by delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans, prioritizing patient needs and preferences.
- Utilize effective communication skills to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration and achieve seamless patient transitions.
Requirements
- RN licensure in Single State or Multi-state Compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or BLS Instructor designation
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited/approved school of nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Compensation and Benefits
- $120,000 - $150,000 estimated annual salary based on experience and location
