Job Summary
">We're seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our growing Multi-Family division. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in connecting with existing and prospective clients in the dynamic world of roofing, gutters, siding, painting, and windows.
You'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong presence within assigned markets, focusing on HOA Community Management. You'll also forge new connections with Community Association Managers and Board Directors, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving preferred vendor status.
Additionally, you'll nurture client relationships through regular engagement and manage a pipeline with a sales cycle of 3-12 months. Your goal will be to present impactful sales presentations to key decision-makers and HOA members, effectively communicating our value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
">- Market Engagement: Establish and maintain a strong presence within assigned markets, focusing on HOA Community Management.
- Relationship Building: Forge new connections with Community Association Managers and Board Directors, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving preferred vendor status.
- Sales Process Management: Nurture client relationships through regular engagement and manage a pipeline with a sales cycle of 3-12 months.
- Presentations: Conduct impactful sales presentations to key decision-makers and HOA members, effectively communicating our value proposition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the estimating department to provide clients with necessary information and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements
">- Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, with a proven track record in closing contracts.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite, strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and resourcefulness in overcoming objections and negotiating contracts successfully.
