The Cardiovascular Medicine Program at Cleveland Clinic Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Heart Failure Cardiologist to join our team and contribute to the development of a comprehensive heart failure program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular medicine and a passion for creating systems of care that promote high-quality and efficient hospital care for heart failure patients. They will also be responsible for population health management of outpatients with heart failure and the identification and follow-up of patients needing advanced procedural treatments.

Key responsibilities of the position include:

  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care, cardiovascular specialists, and procedural teams
