Assembly Production Associate

At Snap Kitchen, we value our team members as much as our food. As a critical part of our culinary team, you'll ensure that each item is packed accurately and meets quality standards. Our kitchens are production units with daily targets, operating 7 days a week.
Your Role
- Portion and handle Meat, Fish, and Poultry with precision.
- Work efficiently within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Learn Snap's menu and seasonal meals, working with unique ingredients like coconut sugar, protein substitutes, and gluten-free flours.
- Maintain accurate food portioning and storage at correct temperatures for food quality and safety.
- Use established production sheets for record-keeping.
- Contribute to HACCP records during scheduled shifts.
- Assist in production planning, record-keeping, and reporting as needed.
- Attend daily briefings, in-service meetings, and safety sessions.
- Develop strong relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
- Achieve all safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- Hold current food handler certifications for your local area.
- Effectively use measuring tools like digital scales and timers.
- Utilize provided tools safely (e.g., cutting boards, gloves, oven mitts).
- Clean assigned stations following sanitary procedures, removing trash and maintaining cleanliness.
- Perform duties requiring long periods of standing and quick movement.
- Handle multiple priorities during shifts efficiently.
Earning Opportunities
Based on industry standards and your role, this position offers an estimated annual salary range of $45,000 - $60,000, depending on your experience and performance. Your hard work will be recognized and rewarded accordingly.
