The New Graduate Nurse Residency Program at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital is a unique opportunity to launch your nursing career in a world-class healthcare setting. What You'll Do
As a Clinical Nurse, you'll deliver proficient nursing care to patients with complex needs, identifying current and potential problems and developing appropriate interventions. You'll work collaboratively with other nurses to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications
To be eligible, you'll need an ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing, as well as a DC Registered Nurse License or license eligibility. Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers is also required. And, we encourage you to enroll in BSN within six months of starting and complete it within three years.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more.
