At AT&T, we're looking for a talented individual to join our retail sales team as a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant. As a key player in our sales floor team, you'll have the opportunity to create meaningful connections with every customer and help them find the perfect solutions for their needs.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and adaptability are essential. Our ideal candidate will be able to think critically, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Selling AT&T products and services to customers, using a consultative approach to guide them through their options;
  • Becoming familiar with our full suite of products and services, including the latest devices and personalized services;
  • Working with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements;
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and performance metrics;
