We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Capital Prep Harbor School Inc. This role will play a crucial part in driving our marketing and communications strategy, ensuring that our message reaches the right audience.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, with an estimated range of $75,000 - $100,000 per year. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including vacation eligibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of our overall marketing and communications strategy.
  • Create engaging content across digital and print channels to maximize brand awareness and drive engagement with families, donors, community partners, and prospective employees.
  • Manage social media planning, posting, and approvals, with a focus on maintaining a strong online presence.
  • Provide communications and marketing support to our leadership team, including developing marketing materials and presentation decks.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and consultants as needed to develop resources and support event planning efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in an agency or internal brand marketing department.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Candidates should be comfortable defining a path forward where there may not be one defined and have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Evening and weekend work, including travel, is expected.
