Ambulatory Care Program Manager

About the Role:
At University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Ambulatory Care Program Manager to coordinate patient care for our Lung Nodule Program across multiple sites/clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care coordination.
- Ensure patient quality metrics are completed by staff during the clinic visit(s).
- Assign clinical duties to ensure effective workflows and patient care requirements are met.
- Monitor patient registries and coordinate follow-up and team assignments to close care gaps.
- Respond to patient communications and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Two years of ambulatory clinical nursing experience and strong communication skills are preferred. This role requires project experience and is security-sensitive.
