Multilingual HR Generalist

An exciting opportunity is available for a Multilingual HR Generalist to join the team at Addison Group in Kennett Square, PA.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee human resources operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires, as well as administering background checks and employee eligibility verifications.

• Monitor and track compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training related to the hiring process.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified job applicants for open positions.
• Administer background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Handle employment-related inquiries from potential and current employees.
• Administer and sit in on employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

• Two years of experience in HR is preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR is preferred.
