Position Overview:

Northshore is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our busy family practice office in Woodridge, IL. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing and managing the health and well-being of patients. Conducting extensive patient histories and examinations, ordering medications, treatments, and laboratory tests, and recording progress notes and writing discharge plans are all essential duties of this role.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements:

Three years or more of experience in family medicine preferred
Current licensure and certification as an Advanced Practice Provider in the state of Illinois
Current CPR certification issued by either the American Heart Association or Red Cross
