Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Exadata, ExaCS, ExaCC Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our customers, focusing on Exadata, ExaCS, and ExaCC platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers on Exadata, ExaCS, and ExaCC platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge and expertise in Exadata, ExaCS, and ExaCC technologies
- Participate in knowledge sharing and documentation efforts to improve support processes
Requirements:
- Strong technical background in Exadata, ExaCS, and ExaCC platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database technologies and concepts
