Customer Support Specialist

Aroa Biosurgery is a soft-tissue regeneration company that develops, manufactures, sells, and distributes medical and surgical products to improve healing in complex wounds and soft tissue reconstruction. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide accurate information about our products and services, address customer concerns effectively, and assist customers in placing orders, organizing shipments, and invoicing. You will also troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution. Additionally, you will maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our ERP systems, provide support to our field and inside sales teams on customer matters and reporting, and support our NZ-based Finance team with local customer care and communication.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong problem-solving abilities, and a patient, empathetic approach. You will also need proficiency in using customer service software and ideally an ERP. A self-sufficient and resourceful attitude is essential for this role.
