About the Opportunity

Unified Women's Healthcare, LP is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join their team in Washington, DC. This full-time position offers a unique chance to provide exceptional patient care and work closely with physicians in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Conduct thorough patient examinations, screenings, and treatments while maintaining accurate records of patient health history
  • Prescribe medications, therapies, order diagnostic testing, and perform procedures as necessary
  • Provide pre- and post-natal care, family planning services, and patient education and counseling
  • Assist and collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • ">
  • National Physician Assistant certification or ability to obtain
  • Unrestricted, active licensure in the state or ability to obtain
  • Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
  • CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain
  • Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, team members, and management staff
  • Ability to make informed care decisions based on best medical practices without direct supervision
  • One year of full-time experience as a Physician Assistant is required
