About the Role

We're seeking a Luxury Bridal Representative to join our team at David's Bridal. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for maintaining high levels of sales performance and providing exceptional customer service.

">Key Responsibilities

You'll utilize the 5-Step Selling Process to maintain our hourly sales productivity standards, support all cash wrap behaviors, and consistently achieve platform conversion rates of 65% or greater.

In addition to these responsibilities, you'll also strive to become a Circle of Excellence member by exceeding sales targets and achieving add-on goals for headpieces, foundations, and shoes.
