Job Title: Inside Sales RepresentativeJob Summary

UNEX Corporation is seeking an ambitious and career-minded individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing business in Southern California by targeting existing and potential customers through B2B cold calling and email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively initiate contacts with prospects, web leads, and current customers to generate new opportunities
  • Speak to potential clients regarding new products, services, promotions, and programs
  • Establish warm/hot leads with Senior Sales Reps via email and phone
  • Track progress of leads in CRM and organize calls and schedule follow-ups
  • Data mining: acquire contact information of potential leads from various sources
  • Generate marketing lists and maintain records of warm & hot leads
  • Execute special projects allocated by management when needed
Requirements
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must)
  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or related sales position preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Good grammar, voice, and diction; polished phone skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational expertise
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional image at all times to customers, prospects, and co-workers
