Prominent ultra high net worth family office seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to the team.

This is an on-site role in a dynamic midtown Manhattan environment.

Responsibilities include:

General clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, shredding, and sending mail.

Answering phones and assisting with meeting setup, including room preparation, beverages, and snacks.

Assisting with miscellaneous projects as they arise for the Family Office and the Family.

Running errands as required, including bank, post office, and properties.

Backing up daily wires and assisting with mail distribution.

Cross-training with other employees for full coverage.

Obtaining approvals and signatures to open new accounts.

Conducting miscellaneous research projects for Family Office team members.

Preparing outgoing mail, scanning, and saving documents to the network.

Printing documents and finding files for the team.

Preparing and organizing NYO bank statements and invoice files.

Filing all invoices and statements for all family members.

Managing and monitoring the NYO Document Location Report, updating the manager quarterly.

Working with other team members to pull yearly bank statements and invoices for storage.

Providing backup support to the Executive Assistant.

Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a family office or financial services organization, with a Bachelor's degree required.

Salary 80-100k base plus overtime and bonus eligible.
