We are currently seeking a Community Development Manager to oversee the Family and Community Engagement content area of our Head Start program.

As a Community Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to support family engagement and community partnerships.

This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Services, Human Development, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in community development or a related field.

The salary for this position is approximately $39.25 per hour, based on industry standards and cost of living in Kings County.
