Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Addiction Recovery Specialist to join our team at ADDICTION AND MENTAL. The successful candidate will assist in the overall functioning of our facility, interacting with patients in accordance with established treatment policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The Addiction Recovery Specialist will be responsible for facilitating patient orientation, conducting luggage and body searches, monitoring Book Studies and Recovery meetings, documenting hourly checks, and supervising patient activities as directed. They will also be responsible for ensuring patients follow the Bradford Program Schedule, overseeing med line to prevent diversion, and assisting patients with daily tasks when needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of addiction recovery principles and practices. You must also possess excellent communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will need to be physically capable of walking within the facility and on the grounds for approximately one mile per eight-hour shift.

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
