Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at Great Lakes Honda West in Elyria. As an F&I Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance products to new and used vehicle customers. This includes establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with all sources of finance and insurance products, submitting proper documentation to obtain approval for all possible finance transactions, and ensuring accuracy of customer information in dealership data bases.

You will work closely with sales management to establish and maintain a program that ensures a 100-percent turnover to the Finance & Insurance department. Additionally, you will complete all training certifications as directed by management and follow policies and procedures as set forth in the Personnel Policy Manual and other corporate policies.

Requirements
  • Minimum two years in automotive sales experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Current valid driver's license and State Sales License.
