Key Responsibilities

  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing guest satisfaction and delivering outstanding hospitality
  • Manage guest information and provide accurate wait time estimates when tables are unavailable
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and colleagues in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members
  • Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and maintain a high level of service
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to adapt to changing situations
