Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our Neurosurgery department. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our neurosurgeons and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in neurosurgery.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in neurosurgery.
- BSN degree or higher, with a focus on neurosurgery or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
