Post-Acute Spiritual Care Professional

We are seeking a qualified Chaplain to provide spiritual care and support to patients and their families in a post-acute care setting.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or above, Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) units, and be ordained, licensed, or commissioned to function in a religious vocation. They should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
Responsibilities- Provide spiritual care and support to patients and their families, conducting spiritual services, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
- Educate internal and external healthcare groups on spiritual and religious care, and network with community faith leaders as appropriate.
- Serve as a member of the interdisciplinary team, developing and providing spiritual support to clients and families.
- Master's degree or above required.
- Three Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) units required. Four CPEs preferred.
- Ordained, licensed, or commissioned to function in a religious vocation by an appropriate religious authority required and obtains letter of endorsement or letter of good standing from their faith group.
