Salary

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00-$31.00*.

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Description

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our stores are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. As an HVAC maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for performing inspections, cleaning, and repairs on equipment and fixtures to keep everything running smoothly. You will work under the guidance of the local general maintenance manager, following established schedules and guidelines. Your expertise will make a real impact as you contribute to the overall success of our stores.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

* Type I and Type II Environmental Protection Agency certification for refrigerant handling

* HVAC/R Certificate of Completion through Live Better U and Penn Foster Career School

Preferred qualifications include mechanical maintenance or construction-related field experience in commercial HVAC/R and building controls.
