Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care level patients. Responsibilities include instructing patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions, maintaining and reviewing patients' records, administering medications in accordance with physician orders, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse or appropriate compact licensure;
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred;
  • Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred;
  • Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required;
  • Current American Heart Association ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required within six months of hire;
  • Current NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification required within six months of hire;
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills;
