Our client, a leading international manufacturing organization, is seeking a highly skilled financial leader to oversee all aspects of the general ledger and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

The successful candidate will have full P&L ownership, reporting directly into the CFO, and will be responsible for managing month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk, coordinating annual audits, and managing relationships with external auditors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and will be able to provide financial insights and recommendations to drive profitability, cost efficiency, and operational improvements.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting requirements
