As a Pest Management Specialist at RNA Rentokil North America, you will play a vital role in protecting people, enhancing lives, and preserving the planet.

The estimated salary for this position is $22.50 per hour, based on industry standards and location.

Job Responsibilities
  • Pest Control Services - Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest activity, select and implement effective solutions, and perform treatments to create a pest-free environment.
  • Customer Experience – Build strong relationships with customers through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits, listen to their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Continuous Learning – Stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, technology, and regulations in the pest control industry through provided training and education.
Requirements
  • Successful Background Screen – Meet pre-employment background screening requirements.
  • Valid Driver’s License – Possess a valid driver’s license and undergo motor vehicle driving record checks.
  • Availability – Be available to work Monday-Friday.
Education and Experience
  • Starting Wage – Enjoy a starting wage of $20-$23 per hour, based on experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED – Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer-Facing Experience – Preferably possess customer-facing experience.
