Spa Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team at Burke Williams. As a key member of our wellness team, you will be responsible for maintaining a 5-Star standard in presentation and service for our guests. Your duties will include laundry, refilling products, light janitorial work, and ensuring a clean and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests
• Perform laundry and janitorial duties to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Refill products and maintain inventory levels
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals
• Be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and schedules

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in the hospitality or spa industry preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
