Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating purchase orders, negotiating costs with suppliers, and maintaining close business relationships. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate purchase orders for items required to support Mechanical Operation functions and Facility Operation projects.
  • Negotiate costs with suppliers and identify risk factors.
  • Maintain close business relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate on-time delivery of items to support production maintenance, plant maintenance, tool & die, and stores.
  • Ensure all purchasing rules and regulations are followed.
  • Support Iowa plant by making non-component service entries and credit card orders.
  • Maintain an appropriate file of catalogs, price lists, etc. for use in acquisition of items.
  • Coordinate stocking/inventory of parts cribs for Mechanical/Facility Operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Associates degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, or another related field preferred.
  • Three years experience in procurement or pricing.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Secret Clearance may be required.
  • Great attitude and team player.
  • Successful completion of background screening process.
