Warehouse Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team at Rehrig Pacific Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of customer trailers.

• Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload customer trailers with attention to quality and safety specifications.
• Material Movement: Move materials throughout the operation to support various unit's production needs.
• Pallet Sorting: Sort pallets based on product specifications to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.

• Safety Focus: Engage in activities that promote a safe work environment, adhering to strict safety behaviors, processes, and procedures.
• Quality Standards: Maintain high-quality standards by accurately sorting pallets and following visual inspection processes.
• Production Expectations: Meet minimum production and quality requirements, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Diversity and Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with a diverse team to achieve common goals and objectives.

• Familiarity with Pallet Jacks: Experience using pallet jacks is preferred.
• Forklift Experience: Prior forklift experience and certification are not required but are desirable.
• Production Environment: Previous experience in fast-paced, production-based warehouse or manufacturing environments is an asset.
