Equitable Advisors stands as a prominent entity in the financial services and insurance sector, dedicated to assisting individuals in crafting secure and prosperous futures. We are currently in search of a new Financial Professional for our Retirement Benefits Group (RBG).

Our focus is on professionals associated with educational institutions, healthcare facilities, nonprofit organizations, and local government entities, who can benefit from retirement savings options such as 403(b) tax-sheltered annuities and 457(b) employee-deferred compensation plans. Understanding the unique needs of this demographic, we established the Retirement Benefits Group (RBG).

As an RBG Financial Professional, you will be given a defined market to enhance your prospecting efforts and expedite your career growth. Your main responsibility will be to offer financial products and services, along with educational resources, to those who contribute to our communities, including:

  • Educators
  • School Administrators
  • Municipal Employees

Qualifications for an Equitable Advisors' Financial Professional

Success in this role is not solely determined by prior educational background or professional experience. We have seen individuals from various paths achieve success, including recent graduates, professionals seeking new opportunities, and those already in the financial sector looking for a more comprehensive platform. We value diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.

A four-year college degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Candidates must obtain state life and health licenses, as well as pass the SIE, FINRA Series 7, and 66 exams (additional designations are advantageous).

We seek results-driven, motivated self-starters who demonstrate integrity, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to assist others in planning and safeguarding their financial futures.

Successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of self-confidence.

Utilizing past experiences and connections to develop markets and maintain long-term relationships is essential.
