Job Overview
We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team. As a Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping us provide compassionate care to our clients. At ResCare Community Living, we value our employees and offer them opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities as a Support Specialist will include performing personal care tasks, such as feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring. You will also be responsible for assisting with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates. Additionally, you will ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment. Your duties may also include accompanying clients to scheduled appointments and encouraging self-help activities.

Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license. You should also be able to work in a group home setting and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, both verbally and in writing.

Benefits
We offer competitive pay ranging from $16.50 to $18.10 per hour, depending on your level of experience.
