Logistics Assistant

We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to join our team at Salvation Army USA. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing and distribution of donated goods.
Responsibilities:- Sort and process donations in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct quality control checks on sorted items
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Support inventory management tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to donors and shoppers
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Familiarity with warehouse operations
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of $42,000 per year, as well as access to comprehensive benefits packages, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
