Global Cybersecurity Sales Executive

Job Overview
">- Thales, a leading digital security company, is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Representative to join our Identity and Access Management team.
We are looking for a sales professional who can promote and position our robust Identity and Access Management portfolio of highly secure products and solutions into Enterprise accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving net new revenue through new business within the assigned territory/region and exceeding quota.

">Responsibilities
">- The successful candidate will respond to incoming requests from website inquiries, channel partners, or direct inquiries for information, evaluation, and purchasing of Thales Identity Device Authentication needs.">
- They will guide customers through the evaluation process, prepare quotes, and advance the sales cycle through to customer acquisition/expansion.">
- The ideal candidate will proactively detect and create opportunities, identify and acquire potential customers directly or with Value Added Reseller (VAR) channel.">
- They will qualify opportunities and where applicable, bring in Senior Sales SMEs to further advance sales opportunities for other Thales cybersecurity solutions.">
- The successful candidate will maintain and expand the business scope for customers based on set individual objectives, strategic business line planning, and the Thales global strategy.">
- They will work collaboratively with peers in other regions as well as internal colleagues to facilitate a positive team environment.
Requirements
">- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.">
- 2+ years of Identity solution sales experience.">
- Previous experience in Device Authentication and/or consulting services sales.">
- The ideal candidate must have a good business analysis and mid-term vision, great negotiation skills, the ability to create and maintain good relationships with senior managers and C-Level executives, knowledge of high-technology market (IT Security and Cybersecurity), and good marketing analysis skills.">
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.">
- The successful candidate must be team and goal-oriented, have high organizational skills, be persistent, autonomous, accountable, and a strong leader.
