Job Title: Exercise Physiologist - Physical Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our team at Deaconess Midtown Hospital. This is a 13-week contract position with guaranteed hours of 40 per week.

About the Role:

This role requires certification as a Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCI) and current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, with a strong background in stress testing according to AHA guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct stress tests according to AHA guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of test results and patient data
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop exercise programs for patients
  • Provide education to patients on proper exercise techniques and healthy lifestyle choices
Requirements:
  • AHA BLS & ACLS certifications
  • Certification as a Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCI)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in stress testing or related field
  • Strong understanding of AHA guidelines and regulations

Additional Details:

  • Holidays are rotated every third holiday, with call requirements only
