Job Title: Neonatal Physician Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Physician Specialist to join our team at Providence Little Company of Mary Hospital in Torrance, CA. As a Neonatal Physician Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to newborns and their families.

Responsibilities:

- Provide medical care to newborns in our 32-bed community level III NICU
- Collaborate with pediatric subspecialty teams, including surgery, cardiology, GI and ENT
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

- Board certification in Neonatology
- Experience working in a NICU setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
