About the Role:

Inova Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary care team. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric services to patients in need of outpatient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide medication management and individual therapy to patients with various mental health conditions
- Collaborate with licensed therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop patient-centered treatment plans
- Conduct initial assessments, ongoing evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure effective treatment outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and address complex cases
