Industrial Process Engineer

The Industrial Engineer I role at Cirtec Medical is a pivotal position that involves leading continuous improvement projects and training to achieve the company's mission. This role requires an individual with a passion for improving processes alongside the manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training on Lean & Six Sigma tools.
- Develop tools and methodologies to execute time studies, line balances, line layouts, and visual management standards.
- Lead projects to support manufacturing team.
- Develop management operating system tools and supporting dashboards.
- Seek out continuous improvement opportunities, weigh their value based on benefit, investment, and risk to prioritize work accordingly.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in an Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering discipline with 1 year of experience; or a combination of education and relevant work experience required.
- Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to influence and engage others to accomplish projects.
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English with clear communication of ideas.
- Ability to travel to other sites (approximately 5-10%).
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in a regulated industry and daily management implementation training would be beneficial.
Cirtec Medical offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
