Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our post surgical team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their unique needs and develop personalized care plans
- Implement evidence-based treatments and interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A degree in nursing from an accredited institution
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
