Breakfast Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Breakfast Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a Breakfast Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our breakfast service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Manage the breakfast service, including ordering and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 months of related experience and/or training.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups.
- Mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, feel, or handle.
- Reach with hands and arms, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Lift or lift up to 50 pounds.
Working Conditions:
- Exposure to high heat from grill and fryer equipment.
- Exposure to cooking oils and other materials used in preparing fast food products.
