Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and prepare reports on various topics, using data analysis and presentation skills;">
  • Manage incoming correspondence, screen calls, and direct them to the appropriate staff member;">
  • Perform special assignments and projects as directed by management;">
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems to maintain confidentiality and organization;">
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, utilizing Microsoft 365 tools and software;">
