We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at Dexian.u. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing data across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection and Management:
  • Gather, process, and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Organize and maintain data records in databases, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
  • Implement and maintain data governance practices to standardize data usage across the organization.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze datasets to generate insights, trends, and metrics that aid in decision-making.
  • Develop and produce reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data insights effectively.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand data needs and provide customized analysis.
  • Data Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular audits of data to identify and rectify discrepancies, duplicates, or errors.
  • Establish and monitor data quality metrics to maintain high data accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure data meets regulatory and compliance standards, implementing necessary measures to secure sensitive data.
  • Database and Systems Management:
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring data storage and retrieval is optimized for performance.
  • Work with IT teams to integrate data from different systems and support data migration projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data access, processing, and storage.
  • Documentation and Standardization:
  • Document data procedures, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency.
  • Create and update data dictionaries, metadata, and guides for data usage and interpretation.
  • Train other team members on data tools, procedures, and data integrity practices as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Specialist, Data Analyst, or in a similar data-focused role.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in data management, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and data structures.
  • Knowledge of data security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
