Strategic Territory Lead for Pharmaceutical Sales

We are seeking a performance-driven, ambitious, and business-minded Territory Manager to join our team at Inizio Engage. As a Strategic Territory Lead for Pharmaceutical Sales, you will be responsible for serving as a territory business owner, educating high-opportunity prospect HCPs on PAH disease state, risk assessment, and PAH medication to support patient identification.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic and tactical territory plans to drive sales growth and improve treatment outcomes.
- Educate HCPs on PAH disease state, risk assessment, and PAH medication to support patient identification.
- C coordinate with the rest of the PAH sales team to share information and develop strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of successful pharmaceutical or medical sales experience.
- Experience of 1+ year in Neurology or rare disease required.
- Specialty experience (PAH, Rare Disease, Cardiovascular, Rheumatology) preferred.
- Commercially driven sales individual with proven sales success.
- Strong clinical and medical acumen and critical thinking are necessary, as disease state education and intelligence gathering are top priorities.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus excellent benefits, including:
