Occupational Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to clients in their homes.

• As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients to develop personalized treatment plans to improve their functional abilities and independence.
• You will conduct thorough evaluations of clients' functional status, including muscle function, endurance, visual coordination, written and verbal communication skills, and ADL and IADL performance.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes, and continually assess and revise the occupational therapy care plan as needed.
• Educate and instruct patients, family members, or other patient representatives in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the health, safety, and independent living of the client.

• Be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in HI
• Must be willing to travel in assigned territory
• Have graduated from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA, as indicated by school transcript or diploma;
• 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
